A Liver Detoxing Tea

Alterative Tea

A tea of bitter liver-supporting herbs promotes digestion, elimination and detoxification.

Blend equal parts of the dried herbs. Decoct (boil) one teaspoon of the herb blend per cup of water for 10 minutes, then enjoy warm or cold.
