vision and mission of HEART. Hepatitis, AIDS, Research Trust is a valid
Charitable Organization (Public Charity) with a 501 (c) (3) status. All
contributions are tax deductible under section 170 of the Code. We are
qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devices, transfers or
gifts under section 2055, 2106, or 2522 of the Code. The effective Date
of this Exemption is December 3, 2007
